Webinar
In this webinar, Mark Sheehan, VP for Data Science Life Sciences at Elsevier, will review the world of scientific literature search, covering the full range of technologies from traditional taxo and keyword-based search methods vs the latest innovative vector and RAG-based approaches.
This webinar will address the theme of FAIR data and organisational maturity frameworks including the FAIRplus Dataset Maturity (DSM) Model, FAIRassist.org and the Pistoia Alliance’s FAIR Maturity Matrix
While research and development in the life sciences have always been data-driven, the current era is witnessing an unprecedented explosion of data. The industry must harness the full potential of this data and in this webinar the Pistoia Alliance will illustrate the ability of ontologies significantly to improve R&D efficiency and effectiveness.
The goal of our project is to build an IDMP Ontology that enables deep, semantic interoperability based on FAIR principles to enhance and augment the existing ISO IDMP standards.
The Pistoia Alliance is a global, not-for-profit members’ organization working to lower barriers to innovation in life science and healthcare R&D. Founded over a decade ago the alliance brings together more than 200 member companies from life science companies, technology and service providers, publishers, and academic groups to transform R&D through pre-competitive collaboration.
What is ethics in Artificial Intelligence? What exactly should an AI practitioner do to ensure alignment with ethical use of technology? What are perspectives on ethics in AI from different business stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry, from early stage R&D to clinical trials? Our panelists will discuss these and other questions in this engaging webinar.
While Quantum Computing is still in its developmental stages, the promise it holds for revolutionizing pharma is immense. Join the Pistoia Alliance for the first webinar in a 3-part series on Quantum Computing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
An initial proof of concept on site feasability
Pistoia Alliance calls on its members to express their interest in a new project called ‘Regulatoria’. Its scope starts with drug stability data.
Join us for this update on the newly formed Strategic Priorities of the Pistoia Alliance, followed by a 30 minutes Q&A with our panelists
