Our program facilitates leadership and D&I discussions across the pharma industry and the R&D ecosystem in order to:
- Develop industry senior leaders in important diversity topics and prepare them to become mentors within their companies
- Facilitate cross-company networking that will broaden leaders’ perspectives and build a network of mentors
- Improve leadership effectiveness and enable leaders to augment their existing company programs to more effectively attract and retain talent
The cost for individuals at Pistoia Alliance member companies to enroll in the program is $1,500 and for non-members $1,995. We are offering group packages for eight or more employees as well as company sponsorship opportunities.
